Coaching Client Policies
Your coach looks forward to helping you achieve
your goals and the type of success you expect. As in any relationship,
there need to be ground rules. Please read the following policies
and procedures. If you have any questions or concerns, call/email

FEE
Fees vary per coach, per month, which usually includes 3, 50-minute
sessions plus any "just in-time" interim calls or e-mails
as needed. While coaching, your coach is on retainer to you and
will have you constantly on their “coaching radar.”
Much of coaching is done by telephone. However,
if you can travel to an agreed location to meet in-person, your
coach is delighted to work with you face-to-face.
PAYMENT
Unless other arrangements are made; payments can be paid by check.
All fees are due prior to or on the first session.
PROCEDURE
If you are coaching by phone, you will call in for your coaching
sessions. Your coach will give you the primary number to call for
telephone sessions. However, you may be asked to reach your coach
at a different number depending on location, or your coach may call
you if traveling. If your coach needs to leave town, they will make
themselves available to you by phone as is convenient for both of
you.

SESSIONS
If you have to reschedule an appointment, please give your coach
24-hour notice. We work around emergencies as much as possible,
and will attempt to reschedule you. However, your coach will have
to charge you for more than one cancellation with less than 24 hours
notice. This policy is meant to keep both client and coach in integrity.
EXTRAS
You can call your coach between sessions for perspective or to share
a victory. If available, your coach will gladly take your call.
You can also e-mail your coach any time their email address. Your
coach expects to hear from you so don’t be shy.
If your coach ever says or does something that
doesn't feel right, please let them know as soon as possible. We
promise to work out the issue with you and do what is necessary
to maintain your satisfaction. Your coach works as your partner.
They may give you options to consider when making decisions, but
you are responsible for all decisions and actions you take while
you work together. In no way will you hold your coach accountable
for the effects of your decisions, words, and actions. In agreeing
to do so, your coach promises to work for you with 100% integrity.
